Terms of service
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms govern the use of Music SupervAIsor, operated by Too Many Prompts SL (Spain). By creating an account you accept them in full.
Working draft. This text accurately describes how the product works today, but it has not yet been through legal review: don't take it as legal advice.
01What the service is
Music SupervAIsor is a B2B platform for AI-assisted music supervision. From a creative brief, the platform produces a reasoned editorial decision and generates original music through audio generation providers.
Deciding and producing are not charged: with an account you can commission briefs, listen to the pieces and request adjustments without paying. You pay when you take the work with you (the brief) and when you publish (the licence). Annual passes give terms to teams that produce continuously.
02Accounts and agencies
Each account belongs to a person identified by their email and operates within one or more agencies. Whoever creates the agency owns it and may invite others with different roles.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Briefs, pieces and licences belong to the agency, not to the individual.
03How you pay
The brief is paid once, when you decide to take it with you: €150 whatever the piece's length. It includes the decision, the three pieces and presentation use, and without a pass its amount is later deducted from the licence price of that same piece. With an active pass, the brief is included.
The licence is paid per piece, according to where it will play. Producing inside the platform generates no charge; to protect service capacity we apply reasonable production caps, which warn before limiting.
04Presentation use
The piece of a paid brief may play in presentation. Presentation is: a pitch shown to a client or a jury, an internal meeting, and a deck shared through a private link.
Publication is: the deck uploaded to the agency's website, the case published on social media or at a festival, and any use open to the public. If the work gets published, it gets licensed.
05Music licensing
Generating music does not by itself grant publication rights. Rights are acquired by purchasing a licence for that piece, at the tier matching where it will play.
The licence covers the music and the recording of the piece: the generated composition and its master, for the campaign and the uses of the contracted tier. It is not an assignment from a catalogue: the piece is generated for your brief and is not relicensed to third parties.
Purchased licences do not expire. Moving up to the next scope costs the difference over what was already paid for that piece, including the brief amount when it was paid.
Broadcast stays outside the passes: it is always paid per piece, with a 30% discount when a pass is active. It is the only discount in the catalogue.
Using the music beyond the scope of the contracted tier is a breach of these terms.
- —Presentation: pitch, internal meeting and deck shared through a private link. Included in the brief.
- —Digital: brand accounts, display, own website, landing pages, pre-roll and video on third-party media. Delivers the mastered MP3.
- —Broadcast: everything above plus TV, radio, cinema and OTT, with no expiry and no territory restriction. Additionally delivers the WAV master.
06Annual passes
Passes provide unlimited briefs, the brief included and, depending on the pass, an included publication scope. Each pass includes the scope of the previous one. Coverage lasts while the pass is active: if it is not renewed, pieces published under the pass's scope stop being covered, and we warn you in your account before it ends. Licences purchased per piece do not expire with it.
Each pass's scope is defined by medium, never by media spend, in the same words as the pricing page:
Unlimited use covers the normal activity of a professional team. We reserve the right to contact accounts whose usage pattern is manifestly unrelated to that activity.
- —Pitch Pass (per agency): presentation included; publishing any piece requires its licence, Digital at full price and Broadcast with 30% off.
- —Brand Social (per brand): includes what is published from the brand's accounts, with or without media spend behind it. Display, own website, landing pages, pre-roll and third-party media stay outside and are licensed as Digital per piece.
- —Brand Sound (per brand): includes publishing on social, own website, banners and paid digital advertising, with the brand's sonic identity under management and human review of its decisions.
07The lyrics you provide
If you upload lyrics for the piece to sing, you declare that they are yours or your client's and that you have the right to use them. The lyrics remain yours: we do not claim them, we do not reuse them for other accounts and they do not enter any sonic profile as reusable material.
Our licence covers the music and the recording. It does not cover a text we did not write: the rights over the provided lyrics, and the responsibility for their content, are yours.
If the uploaded text matches a known existing work, the system warns and does not produce. That protects you as much as us.
08Tracks uploaded for diagnosis
You may upload a track generated in another tool to receive an editorial diagnosis. That track is analyzed, commented on and discarded: it is not stored, it never enters any production, and we acquire no rights over it.
09Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to generate unlawful or deceptive content, or content infringing third-party rights, nor to attempt to reproduce protected works or the identifiable voice or style of a specific artist.
You may not resell access to the platform, automate its use beyond what is reasonable, or attempt to circumvent production caps.
10Payments and billing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the agency's billing country.
Passes renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not trigger pro-rata refunds.
11Availability and retention
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Audio generation depends on external providers and may be limited or temporarily suspended for operational or cost reasons. Producing is not charged, so a generation failure never results in a charge to you.
Files of licensed pieces are kept alongside their licence. Files of unlicensed briefs may be removed after a reasonable period, which we will publish on the platform before applying it.
12Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
13Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your passes at any time from within the platform.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you by email unless the severity requires immediate action. Licences already purchased remain valid and their files are kept.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Too Many Prompts SL's registered address, unless the law imposes another venue.
